If you want all types of infrared benefits, Full Spectrum is the best choice. Far Infrared (FIR) is great for detox and deep heat, but Full Spectrum covers everything.

Yes, the HealthSmart infrared saunas can be placed on carpet, wood, tile, or other indoor surfaces. A stable and level area is recommended for best performance.

Yes, When you order your HealthSmart Sauna from us, you'll receive clear video instructions for easy assembly. With a snap-together bracket system, no special tools or plumbing are needed, just a screwdriver to secure the roof. Assembly takes 20-60 minutes.

The 2-Person sauna is plug-and-play, working with a standard 110/120V 15-amp outlet. The 3-Person and 4-Person models require a dedicated 110/120V 20-amp outlet for optimal performance.

If you find a lower price within six months of purchase, email us the competitor’s link, and we’ll refund the difference.

Limitations:

Damages

Upon delivery, carefully inspect your item(s) for any damage. If damage is observed, please note it when signing for delivery and promptly photograph the issue, sending the images to returns@infratreat.com. We will manage the insurance claim process on your behalf. Rest assured, shipping and handling costs for damaged items are fully covered by us.

Refund Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be:

• 100% unused
• Unopened in its original packaging

Our warehouse will inspect the product to ensure these conditions are met. Once the product is checked and confirmed to be in acceptable condition, the refund (minus the restocking fee) will be processed.

Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Return Policies by Vendor and Type:

• Golden Designs, Maxxus, and Dynamic Sauna: 30-day return policy with a 20% restocking fee.
• HealthSmart: 14-day return policy with a 20% restocking fee.

Non-Refundable Items:

• TheraSauna

These fees cover shipping costs and handling expenses. To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@infratreat.com. Please ensure the sauna is not assembled and remains in its original condition and packaging.

Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges.

Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your order, you may do so as long as the product has not yet been packed or shipped. It is important to make your cancellation request as quickly as possible. Please note that cancellations will incur a 3% transaction fee.
