Return And Refund Policy

Damages

Upon delivery, carefully inspect your item(s) for any damage. If damage is observed, please note it when signing for delivery and promptly photograph the issue, sending the images to returns@infratreat.com. We will manage the insurance claim process on your behalf. Rest assured, shipping and handling costs for damaged items are fully covered by us.

Refund Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be:

  • 100% unused
  • Unopened in its original packaging

Our warehouse will inspect the product to ensure these conditions are met. Once the product is checked and confirmed to be in acceptable condition, the refund (minus the restocking fee) will be processed.

Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Return Policies by Vendor and Type:

  • Golden Designs, Maxxus, and Dynamic Sauna: 30-day return policy with a 20% restocking fee.
  • HealthSmart: 14-day return policy with a 20% restocking fee.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • TheraSauna

These fees cover shipping costs and handling expenses. To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@infratreat.com. Please ensure the sauna is not assembled and remains in its original condition and packaging.

 

Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges.

 

Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your order, you may do so as long as the product has not yet been packed or shipped. It is important to make your cancellation request as quickly as possible. Please note that cancellations will incur a 3% transaction fee.
