We are dedicated to providing you with the best prices possible. If you happen to find a lower price on our product elsewhere within six months of your purchase, please inform us, and we will gladly refund you the difference.

To request your partial refund, simply email us a link to the product on our competitor's site within six months from your order date, and we'll process the credit accordingly.

Please note that our 100% Price Guarantee comes with certain limitations:

The item must be purchased from our website before requesting the Price Match Guarantee.

At InfraTreat, we're pleased to offer FREE shipping within the contiguous 48 states of the USA, with an average shipping time of 3-7 business days. Please note that we currently only sell and deliver within North America.

When you place an order with us, you'll receive a confirmation email to acknowledge your purchase. Your item will be shipped within 2 days of order placement. After your order is processed and your infrared sauna is dispatched, we'll promptly provide you with a tracking number to monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Damages:

Upon delivery, carefully inspect your item(s) for any damage. If damage is observed, please note it when signing for delivery and promptly photograph the issue, sending the images to returns@infratreat.com. We will manage the insurance claim process on your behalf. Rest assured, shipping and handling costs for damaged items are fully covered by us.

Cancellations & Refunds:

We offer our customers a 30-day hassle-free return policy for our infrared saunas due to buyer's remorse. If you decide to return the sauna within 30 days of purchase and it remains 100% unused, you can do so for a fixed fee:

$400 for 1-2 seated infrared saunas
$500 for 3-4 seated saunas
$600 for 5 seated and up saunas

These fees cover shipping costs and handling expenses. To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@infratreat.com. Please ensure the sauna is not assembled and remains in its original condition and packaging. Thank you for your understanding.
